10-Week Sessions
1 Weekday Practices and 1 Weekend Game Per Week
WEEK ONE: PLAYER RECOGNITION
The initial practice sessions will be dedicated to our coaches getting to know our players better. This includes creating player profiles, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and establishing rapport with the players to understand their expectations, interests, and desires for the upcoming season.
We aim to understand our players on a deeper level, from their favorite color and hobbies outside of soccer to their fitness level and preferred playing position. By gaining insight into these details, we can tailor our coaching approach to ensure each player feels comfortable and supported on the field.
Weeks two to ten
We would mostly focus on building up players teamwork, character, and motivation to progress and succeed throughout the season.

Practices
Enhance our players' individual skills through targeted drills aimed at improving agility, ball control, and other essential aspects of their game.

Game Day
We integrate training sessions into game-day performance, where our players apply and reinforce their skills while enjoying the competitive spirit of soccer.
